Looing to Rent a Furnished Apartment in Lima

I am looking to rent a clean, fully furnished, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen apartment in a newer, secure building with cable vision and internet. I would like to be within walking distance of 469 Grimaldo Del Solar since I will be attending Spanish lessons at the El Sol school there. I require accomodation for the period January 9 to April 28/07 inclusive. I would like to pay no more than $800.00 a month. I am a 55 year old man from Victoria, Canada.

If anyone is aware of any furnished apartments to rent, would you please let me know...Thanks very much!

Maybe a good place to look at is innperu.com which have a good selection of rental apartments on a short term basis
