Expatriate Mailing List
Created in 1997, the ExpatPeru Mailing list is the grandfather of the Expat Peru Social Network, and what can we say.. we love our grandfather! The technology is old-fashioned, but hey… it works and it satisfies the needs of hundreds of people who prefer to stay in touch using e-mail instead of forums or bulletin boards.
Postings to the list usually include questions and answers about the day-to-day requirements of life in Peru, such as whereto find specific ingredients or medication, buy and sell listings, accommodation offers, employment notices, and much, much more. Note that the folks on our forum also exchange this kind of information, but when you subscribe to the mailing list, you widen your access to new people. In fact, one of the nicest features of the ExpatPeru Mailing List is that it includes a lot of our older members who have known each other for years through this list. Many of them are long-time hands in Peru and they are a wealth of knowledge.
The list is moderated by Expat Peru to eliminate spam and to ensure that postings are relevant.
