Happy 2013! I hope you all took up some travel ideas from our Offbeat Travel Blog and found a unique way to celebrate the incoming year! Also, for those of you who have never been in Peru before during the summer months, the sun is STRONG! There is even a "solmetro" in Kennedy Park, Miraflores that shows the levels of radiation, red basically meaning "find shelter quick". Even if you don't normally burn, be smart and stock up on sunscreen..
