Daewoo to launch range of Smart TV’s this year

South Korean company Daewoo announced recently that it would be expanding further into the electronics market in Peru in 2017, first by launching its own range of Smart TV’s. For the last decade the company has focused mainly on white goods, however now its looking to expand its range with the goal of reaching a 10% share of the market by the end of 2017.

In an interview with Gestion new CEO Beom Seock Park said “the goal is to meet all the needs of new Peruvian households and increase our online market share with attractive, functional, and affordable products”.
