Re: familiar de residente y inmigrante por familiar residente

Thank you all for your replies. Does anyone know the answer to the question I posted above?: I thought I have to do first a 'cambio de calidad migratoria' and then do a 'solicitud de visas de residente'. But if I understand Sergio Bernales correctly, I only have to do the latter procedure?

familiar de residente y inmigrante por familiar residente

I'm going to apply for a residence visa. i'm married to a Peruvian. Anyone knows what is the difference between familiar de residente and inmigrante por familiar residente? On the website of migrationes a distinction is made between these two categories: http://www.migraciones.gob.pe/index.php/cambi...

Re: Do I have to transfer entry stamp to new passport?

Ok so I went to the local Immigration Office (Ilo) and they transferred the entry stamp from my old passport to my new one in just one day. I had to bring the following: - Voucher from the Banco de la Nacion that shows that I paid 12.60 soles - A photocopy of my old passport (personal information pa...

Re: Do I have to transfer entry stamp to new passport?

Do you or anyone else have experience with this matter? Can't I just bring my old passport along and show it to the immigration officer?

I'm on a tourist visa.

Do I have to transfer entry stamp to new passport?

So my question is the following:
I recently received a new passport at my embassy here in Peru due to expiration. Next week I'm flying back to Europe and I was wondering if I have to transfer the entry stamp in my old passport to my new passport?

Thanks in advance!

Re: Milk in can or carton.

If you want to buy fresh milk in a glass bottle, you should visit Donde Isaac in Jesus María. Here you have their facebook: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Donde-Is ... 19?fref=ts

It tastes great!

Re: Contract without notarial seal = valid contract?

Hi all, thanks for the replies! It's a contract with a modeling agency. It's an exclusivity contract, so I can only do modeling work through the agency's intermediation. Since I signed the contract the agency hasn't provided me with a lot of work. It turns out that for that reason models in Peru don...

Re: Contract without notarial seal = valid contract?

They would not be very pleased to hear that I don't want the contract anymore, so I suspect that they would try everything to maintain the contract. I have heard stories about how they treated other people, threatening with legal actions, but I guess if a notarial seal is necessary for a contract to...

Re: Contract without notarial seal = valid contract?

No, I don't have a CE. That probably makes the contract invalid, but I'm afraid that if I will use that argument as an excuse to break "contractual" relations with them, that they could threaten to go to INDECOPI because I did some work for them, and of course I am not allowed to work beca...

Contract without notarial seal = valid contract?

Hi everyone, I recently signed a contract with an agency here in Lima. However, now after consideration I'm not that happy about me signing the contract (but oh well I learned my lesson). I noticed that the contract does not have a notarial seal (sello notarial). I was wondering if contracts in Peru...

Re: Choquequirao

I loved the Choquequirao trekking. I did this trip in March with a group of 8 persons and we had great weather, the sun was shining every day and no rain or snow what so ever. You can choose between a 4 day and a 5 day trekking. I did the one that took 4 days, but when I look back I'd rather had don...

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know where I could buy frozen puff pastry in Lima? I looked in Wong and Vivanda but I couldn't find it.

Thank you in advance!

Re: stroopwafels

Although this topic is quite old, you should take a look at http://www.facebook.com/stroopwafelsperu They sell stroopwafels similar to the Dutch ones, but just a little bit different because they contain less sugar! They taste great and I love them. You can order them by sending an email to [email protected]...
