Re: Info for buying a Condo in Lima

I've been to Lima 3 times and lived there 10 months at one time. I'm living in the states now but wanted to buy a condo or apt lima and rent it out when I'm not there. 40% down? Hmmm, ok.

Info for buying a Condo in Lima

Hello, so does anyone know what you have to do to buy a condo in Lima? Do you really have to pay for it all in cash up front? No way to finance it over 10 years or something? I'm just curious about what kind of down-payment I would need on a 80-100k transaction.

Thanks so much,
Chris

Pisco Sour Class

Hello, I will be in Lima in a couple weeks. Anyone know of a pisco sour bartending class I can do? I found one but it's very expensive. I do have a couple Pisco sour books and recipes but the bartenders in lima are the best so was looking to do a class or seminar while I'm there.

Thanks,
