Try Youtube. Don't go nuts in this city getting into traffic for stuffing on thursday. Just watch like 3-4 vids. Decide what you like and then buy the ingredients that you like the best. Happy Thanksgiving!

Guys, I know Peru grows all type of capsicum. I'm SURE there must be some farms, small or large that grow the delicious chilli. Anybody know who and where it is grown? I know the powder is sold here. I want the source. Thanks Expats!

Well said. And good observation on the windows. Likewise the doors do not have those aluminium things with the rubber gasket in the threshold to prevent the unwanted entry of dust. I like reading walt whitman barefoot either way. I can open my mind with barefoot.
