Chile con carne is the best. Sadly no where to be found in Peru, as with many delicacies. Not only with hot dogs on a bun but a big ol' bowl heaped with onions and cheese.

This is a reply to an older 2015 post. I am having a difficult time with a package that may/should still be at customs. The package was shipped from the US & contains CBD oil (plus vitamins & TUMS). I was notified the package was being detained but no one ever answered the phone # provided....

What is so complicated? All an ID is something with a name and a picture, says nothing about the one presenting it, unless of course the one identified on the ID is the one presenting it. Seems pretty simple to me.

Interesting topic. And if there was a law prohibiting the collection of medicines by a 3rd party by showing the recipient's ID you'd maybe have a point. But there isn't, so you don't. My wife often collects medicines for her parents this way, even from pharmacies in hospitals run by the government....
