I had the same thing happen to me with my BIF debit card...I was not able to get the money returned because it was withdrawn from a Global Net...even though I contested and fought...no such luck :( i know several people that this has happened to with different banks and generally the banks don't do ...

i have seen almond milk a few times in Vivanda, they are starting to carry a large assortment of products that are Gluten Free, I haven't seen it consistently though... you can find flax seeds in any grocery store...Flax seeds in spanish is Linaza.

I'm currently negotiating a lower rate of 8.3% and it is extremely difficult. I called around to check the average rates in the banks and most have quoted me 10%-12% for a 15 year mortgage. My current rate is 9.3% which I have been told is very good...Most people I know that have mortgages are close...

Hi Ana, I found a litter box in Wong...they sell them sporadically so it's just a matter of luck finding one there. Your other option is to go to a pet shop...there are various ones in Miraflores...I'm more familiar with places in Surco such as Dicopet which has everything for very reasonable prices...

There is lots to do and see in Barranco, depending on the atmosphere and night you are looking for! You can go eat and have drinks at la73 - it is located right next to Channel 4 (canal 4). They have amazing food and great drinks...I recommend trying the Choclo con queso and having a Pisco Punch :) ...

Most people need at least a day in Cusco to adjust to the altitude but if they are hiking, they may want 2 days to acclimate

they sell gluten in the mercado behind Vivanda in Surco on Encalada/Primavera. They also sell gluten, wheat flour and lots of other healthy goodies at Madre Natura which is also on Encalada, just past the intersection of Primavera and Encalada...here's a link of a review, I couldn't find the website...
