yes, that is true... and once your name is on there, you only have 7 months to deny it if you don't think the baby is yours. yes, there would be legal and financial implications. you would go through what is called juicio de alimentos and they would determine the amount... usually at least 30 to 50%...

They're American... which means that they would have to get a visa to enter Brazil - which is $150... and there is a fee to enter Bolivia (I believe it's $100). There is a fee for Chile too, but only flying into Santiago.

i live in front of miraflores bars and i dont see crime happening. i dont think they usually make it overly obvious...nor do i think that crime is a huge issue in miraflores...(knock on wood!!)

Ummm... if this is indeed true, I would be a bit careful if I were you. There seem to be a lot of red flags here. There are plenty of language institutes and native English speakers with teaching experience available to tutor ppl - and even more so if the family is wealthy - so this whole thing does...

at a non- international school, perhaps... or at a language institute. if you want to teach at most international schools, you need to have your teaching certificate. perhaps, though, you could get hired as a pysch at a school.

25 soles isn't expensive... not for Lima anyways. And I wouldn't eat on Calle de las Pizzas (and I live like 2 blocks from it), nor would I recommend it to others.

The bill is to get rid of the unions' collective bargaining rights... which means that when it is time to negociate things like insurance, they can't. Thus, I'm guessing 9 times out of 10, the school board (in the case of teachers) will raise the amt that teachers have to pay towards their insurance...
