My RUC would be for giving recibos por honorarios rather than for a fixed business property so hopefully won't need a lease. Does a constancia have to be notarized? Or can I just write one and print it out?

I use my visa debit all the time in Wong. They always think its a credit card and try to swipe it then belately realize its a debit and ask me to put in the pin. They are not supposed to ask for ID with debit but often do. But mine always works no prob.
