On Citizenship Renunciation... neither country prohibits multi-nationals. The USA repealed its laws on dual citizenship in the 90's and Peru doesn't have such a law. My wife has both Peruvian and Canadian passports... my daughters have Peruvian, American and Canadian passports.... no problems at all...
