Really? All the major companies have pages on their websites with prices and information for landline only service, so it does exist. We looked into it and both Claro and Movistar (didn't check other options) offered landline only service to where we live. You just gotta ask and tell them that's all...

I'm always torn in Mexican restaurants whether to order aqua de jamaica or horchata. Horchata usually wins out, but if they're out I'm never disappointed in aqua de jamiaca. My preference may have more to do with drinking hibiscus tea so I go for the variety.
