Thanks. But looks like it is not quite a free ticket from not going to immigrations every year as I thought. You still have to go every year to prove that income. If you have your CE 2 years you can change it to a permanent immigrant visa. That is independent if you are married. But you need to apply while still being married. So that would be your solution. Why is there such a large armed military presence in public areas? Does the military know something the public does not such as an immenent attack of some sort?
I don't know weather to feel safe or paranoid. A bit unnerving to see armed military men when simply boarding a flight, for instance.

I find the assertion that always splitting assets 50/50 with a spouse is somehow the only "moral" answer hilarious. Maybe in some specific cases it is moral, but every situation is different. Each party in a marriage comes into it with different assets, and each then helps grow (or blow) ...
