Not sure whose hands are on the fees. It has been a while since I now have a bank account but it is somewhere north of 5%. Another thing to watch, those fees often times do not show the additional fees your bank will charge you have to wait for your statement for that shock.

Nope never heard of it, then again I do not speak Spanish nor am I experienced as you think you are. I can only offer up my experience. As I said, I rarely drink coffee in a restaurant or otherwise. Sorry I seem to have offended you.

Plastic bottles could be considered for banishment also and not just because they pollute the environment. You do not mention the climb and what that was like, now that is what really worth mentioning. Or did you get a ride to the top? He mentions that it was a downhill. Pretty standard for these tours. Even over the counter items such as vitamins can be stopped by customs when shipped by courier and they ask the recipient to present a prescription from a Peruvian doctor at the offices of the DIGEMIN. It's a huge hassle and would be especially so in this case, since it is experimental and a doctor...

Well you are almost right. Caricatures ARE inspired by real things, not usually. Caricatures are not as similar as live horses and lizards are, as you stated.
