great article, I looked into these guys when they first bought up some nice properties about a year ago. Hope it all works out for the investors but those returns are no longer in the "cards"! I think 20-30% is more the norm.

I have done it several times (before the big one) and enjoyed the ride. I always stayed at the Hotel Paracas and rented dune buggy's to go sandboarding. I would like to get down there again as there are new condo projects going up that look like they have great potential.

i agree with the rest (leave it alone), My wife has a Visa to the (USA) and it has never posed a problem, even when we go on separate lines when clearing imigration and she is with our son who holds an American passport with only my last name.

I would not make too much of this winter schedule, They will redirect more flights with lower pricing for the tourist season April-September.

You need to have majority (by sq mtr) to force a new junta de properterios installing yourself as president. Get a new management company or better yet have the building manage itself. Inscribe the Junta in public register and open a bank account in their name with two signatures required.
