Last I remember Priceline didn't do international, but maybe that is just when the departure city is outside of the USA, yeah that might be it. Sunflower, That is very strange that you can not hold dual citizenship as many members of my husband's family hold first their Peruvian Passport and secondly their German. Maybe it doesn't work the other way around but it is worth looking into because they enjoy the benefits of both countries.

I've seen many of them.... only in Barranco.... they fit Chi Chi's description to a "T" but they have never really bothered me... actually the guy who rides a unicycle while jugling flaming swords is quite good.... we may even have given him a tip!
