Jumpin, in spanish the word "criminal" is frequently used as "murderer" as well. You might search these two Spanish words in google "criminal" + "mato" or "criminal" + "asesino" Hope this helps to prove that my knowledge of spanish is prist...

As far as I know all the new infrastructure will be given and administrated by their respective "Federaciones"

Formidable, I don’t have statistics, but have just read an article in Spanish where Argentina seem to be high in robberies rates the last years, but still low in crimes (killing people)

jumpin, sorry if my comments makes you think that I was offended Coffee in Peru is not as popular as in Colombia It is very popular to drink a cup of coffee - cafe pasado - with a tasty "sandwich de chicharron con camote" ... There are several places we can get recently ground coffee grain...

Coffee in Peru is very cheap. Peru is one of the top coffee producer in the World.

There are a lot of place where you can get a real cup of coffee obtained from grains of coffee . Have you heard the name "taza de cafe pasado" ?

Try "Leche Fresca de Vaca" it is the milk recently obtained from the Cow . In Arequipa, try in the outskirts of the City

Right again. Iquitos do not have a highway. The main reason was because of the negative damage to beautiful National Reserve as Pacaya Samiria and the Eco-system

IMHO, Iquitos should keep it actual mean of transportation, through navigable rivers

The infrastructure in Peru is hard to build because of its Geography. High mountains at 5,000 meters over the sea level and then go down to 3,000 meters and the go up again to 4,000 and then go down ! .
