Reliable Corredora

Hi,
I am looking for a reliable Corredora to find, vet and monitor tenants for my two apartments in La Mar, Miraflores. I do not live in Peru, but visit often, although not often enough to monitor my apartments when rented.

Hi

I have a Peruvian friend who lives in Miraflores and rents several apartments within this district on long or short term basis. I am American and have rented an apartment from her, which is how we originally met. She owns one of the apartments she rents. She speaks excellent English and also some French.

Hello,
My wife is going to school (Cenfotur) in Barranca, near Miraflores. We are looking for a decent 1-2 bedroom flat, within a 10 mile radius. $300-$400 range. Any suggestions?
Perhaps we could work something out with your current search for a corredora?

My wife graduated from Cenfotur in 2000 or 2001. She has a ton of good memories and I hear it is an excellent school. All of her friends from there seem to be doing very well.
