Package stuck at FedEx

My folks sent a package to me via FedEx with my Vonage phone and unsurprisingly it is stuck at customs. Supposedly they need the original invoice, although I'm hoping to show them this is a personal use item. My question is: where do I go to get my FedEx package? I can't find anything on the FedEx website that tells me where to go.

You may want to start at the fedex office across from Parque Kennedy in Miraflores. They will direct you to
Where you should go ( probably to the office near the airport) but most times they will accept your paperwork in Miraflores. The office in Miraflores is a franchise, so it may not be listed on the website.

That was great info -- I usually call Scharff and have no issues...usually just a form they need which is accepted via email even.
