It´s difficult to answer your question.

Flight rates fluctuate all the time. A flight from Lima to Chiclayo can cost you one day $50 and the next day $500.

The best thing to find out is look at the websites of LAN and Starperu and check out the prices.

If still too expensive, you can take the bus but the journey takes around 12 hours.

So, only LAN then. But LAN regularly has very cheap fares.
LAN is one of the best airlines, I fly with them regularly.

Their customer service is very good too.
They gave me twice $600 compensation because the flight was overbooked and I volunteered to take the next flight. (which was only 2 hours later. Not bad for $600)
