Rama, of course, so if a customers doesn't pay back it's debt, it's the people who pay off their loans pay for the ones that don't want to pay.

What's more, depending on how much you spend on the card each month, they send you a pack of coupons with your bill that can be pretty good if you shop carefully with them.
