Inca trail / selva recommendations?

Can anyone recommend either a UK or Lima based tour guide for the Inca Trail and La Selva (doesn't have to be the same company)? Something you have personal experience of rather than a generic google result. I have family coming to visit and they'd rather pre-arrange everything as they have a limited amount of time and a lot to see.
We're after someone who can speak English and probably has a good web presence to take enquiries on. They don't want a full organised trip as they're happy to make their own flight and accomodation arrangements; basically they want a couple of short tours once they get here.

G Adventures (formally called GAP Adventures) provided the trip of a lifetime the first time I went to Peru (just out of university in 1998). I would highly recommend them but as with all these adventure tour operators...a lot depends on your actual guide...ours was awesome (if a little crazy).
