In those new condominiums in Lima, they all put wood are laminate flooring. Or even worser: carpet

I am buying places that are pre venta. There's a lot of difference in price between a place that's sold before it's constructed and a place that's ready to move in.
I will only buy from big companies that build large buildings. Not the smaller individual builders. I don't trust them. I've see a lot of shabby places built by them and I think there little after service.
