LEGALIZING MARRIAGE

Hi,

I was legally married here in Peru a couple years ago and am moving back to the states at the end of the year. I was hoping someone could give me some advice on what needs to be done in order to legalize my marriage in the US.

What US state will you be going to? Each state has its own ways of recognizing marriages performed outside of the state (including other countries). Some states require no additional documentation.
