I wouldn't get a risky and important medical treatment done in Peru.
You'll better get it done in your homecountry. If you are working then then the health insure which your employer has to paid for by law will foot the bill. If you aren't working then social services will take care of the bill.
So I did ask the person, but they said it was paid for with insurance so it was basically free and they don't know what the cost would be without insurance. However, they guessed (and this is just a guess) that it would probably be about 800 soles. Sorry this isn't more useful.
