Considering to build a house in Chincha area. Looking to get information on building costs per sq m, architect costs and good local builders.

I don't know about Chincha, but can give you some rough labor costs for Lima.

Operario. 850 soles semanal. ("Operario" is someone with experience capable of doing a specific task without direct supervision)
Ayudante 650. Semanal. A helper. Also referred to as "peon" - which sounds like the middle ages.
Maestro de obra 950 a 1000- The contractor who brings it all together and who coordinates with the architect.

The architect might bring his/her own crew, or not, and their fees seem to depend a lot on how good, and busy, they are. Sorry I can't help with a cost per sq m. I know that that would be the most useful.
