Technical/University studies on Hotel management or inbound tourism
1-year experience on similar position
Command of English (written & spoken)
Command of MS office (Word, Excel etc.)
Welcome travelers arriving for check in.
Making update on our system: assigning or blocking rooms.
Making check in/out and billing.
Update complete info from our guests on our system.
Report and solve any discrepancies on room status.
Inform to all operation areas special requirements from our guests.
Support and manage with other tasks of different areas of the Hotel
Solve incidents during your shift. Inform to all areas about the resolution.
Responding reservation requests on time.
Excellent attitude and commitment.
Good communication, and with initiative.
Easy adaptability to change.
Good skills in solving immediate problems.
