Geeks on Site is a US based nationwide company and a market leader for over 13 years in computer repair and maintenance services.

Geeks On Site has an immediate need for an internal Recruitment specialist to hire Onsite Computer Technicians in the US. As the lead of the Recruitment function, you will source, screen, interview and hire a high volume of candidates for multiple locations across the whole of the US while developing and implementing recruiting processes.

Skills & Requirements

• At least 2 years of high volume recruitment experience, preferably in the hiring of independent contractors
• Deliver the best pipeline of candidates for our US based OnSite Computer Technicians to further establish a positive opinion of Geeks On Site
• Pre-closes candidates and negotiate benefits of the position
• Superior organizational skills when managing candidates and attention to detail in CRM logs
• Excellent prioritization skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and candidate management of hired staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in native level English
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
• Generalist experience in HR is advantageous
• Creates and maintains a continual/active flow of candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, cold and warm calling, networking, database mining, referrals, social/business websites, and other non-traditional avenues.
• Exhibit our recruiting standards when sourcing and communicating with future candidates
• Drive recruitment meetings, manage expectations and provide guidance to hiring managers
• Maintain a "can do" attitude, offering unique and creative approaches to finding the best people
• Use system reports to track your weekly progress on goal completion and identify your process
• Compile weekly requisition reports for presentation to your manager

Additional job requirements:

• Strong handle on social media resources/outlets and the role they play and be able to utilize them in your search process
• IT recruiting background preferred
• Experience managing a high volume of candidates
• Native Level English
• Valid working visa or DNI


• Full time, 48 hours/week contract with payroll benefits
• Competitive base salary between S/.2000-2500 dependent on experience
