Assistant Duties include:
• Scheduling - coordinating depositions and meeting calendars.
• Clerical scanning/filing/file maintenance. Handling opening and closing processes of files.
Qualified candidate must be detailed and organized, comfortable with multitasking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook as well as other Microsoft Office applications required.
