We are looking to add a full-time Customer Success and Marketing assistant to our team. We want someone that:
Lives in Peru
Is fluent in written English (native or near-native level).
Is an excellent writer, and is able to communicate complex concepts to a general audience
Is passionate about storytelling, and can drive home our message across our website, whitepapers, and social media
Is experienced in SEO and SEM
Is experienced in ad trafficking (Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)
Has basic knowledge of video editing (Camtasia, Premiere, After Effects)
Have experience in customer support: Will be part of the first level of support answering general questions
What does the job involve?
Create Proof Of Concepts using our tools to demonstrate how to solve common business needs.
Creating content for our website (both in the form of blogs and static pages), newsletters, video tutorials, etc.
Proofreading of English texts
Organizing and promoting online webinars and events
Learn and work effectively with our marketing automation platform (Mailchimp / Intercom)
Coordinate with a WordPress developer to keep our website updated ( HTML knowledge is needed).
Planning, organizing and promoting appearances at events and conferences
Gather, analyze and report on key metrics for the company
The work is done from home so a good, and stable internet connection is required
Pay is excellent, above average for the region, and commensurate with experience.
