A software (SaaS) company is currently seeking candidates for a customer service/technical support position for a US-based company. The position will be out of our Lima office (Home Office work during COVID-19) working with our remote support staff and entails email support, occasional phone support and, primarily, remote screen sharing impromptu sessions with subscribers to walk them through the process. The support needed typically involves troubleshooting basic technical issues for our web- and application-based platforms used by subscribers. Some technical aptitude will be needed, but there will also be training and templated answers supplied. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service aptitude as it is critical that support be provided not only in a timely manner but also pleasantly and amicably in order to provide subscribers with both proficient and helpful responses as well as a positive overall experience. Additional roles may include data-scrubbing, data entry and the expansion of an FAQ/troubleshooting database.

-Excellent, fluent verbal and written English and communication skills
-Ideally some prior customer service experience (technical support is a plus)
-Permit to work in Peru (as Peruvian or “familiar de residente”) or in the US.
