We are hiring an English speaking IT Support to support its computer systems and users.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing network architectures and client servers in a Windows environment.
• Have worked with Cloud services like Amazon AWS, Azure, G-Suite, and similar.
• Experience working with Voice Over IP technology, and Omnichannel systems.
• Leadership experience in a 24x7 operation supporting physical and remote IT infrastructure (computer, network, storage).
• Experience with network connections for remote access VPN, and Firewalls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
• Advanced/Native level of English- writing, reading, and speaking.
• Degree or certification in IT, MIS, Computer Engineering or similar field.
• Diagnosing, maintaining, repairing and upgrading network and computer systems.
• Plan, organize, schedule, and supervise the day-to-day technical support activities, including troubleshooting, customer service issues, installations, level 1 and 2 support technicians.
• Oversee management of IT equipment and parts inventory, including documentation and network diagrams.
• Help Desk and Network Administration support for over 250 users in multiple offices.
• Support various 3rd party systems and software.
• Support for CRM systems.
