We are hiring an IT Tech with experience in web development and network administration

This is a remote and onsite work.

Qualifications:
• Computer technical support and web development
• Experience managing API integrations with Amazon, WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop.
• Experience working with CRM (ZOHO) and Order Fulfillment Software
• Have worked as help desk and/or Customer Service
• Advanced/Native level of English- writing, reading, and speaking
• Degree or certification in IT, Computer Engineering, web development or similar fields.

Duties:
• Diagnosing, maintaining, repairing and upgrading network and computer systems on Windows platform
• Help Desk and Network Administration support for over 250 users in multiple offices
• Creating, monitoring and maintaining shopping cart integrations, inventories, and order fulfillment system.
• Maintain and update documentation such as IT inventories and network diagrams
• Support various 3rd party systems and software
• Communicate and work well within a team environment
• Work with technical documentation
