I will just let you watch and wonder what you think.

This is an actual video created my mincetur and is showing right now on Peruvian TV.

It is in Spanish.

It's funny, an honourable attempt; however, I don't think it will stop taxi drivers from ripping us off though :) You need to address the problem a bit more seriously in order for people to listen, imho.

Nice spot!

But I have to admit that I don't really get the message. I assume the target group are Peruvians who somehow get in contact with tourists? Then I have to agree with Remigius: while maybe a few will like the song, this attempt won't change the general situation and attitude towards foreigners in the country.

Apart from the painful accents which sound too like me I like it.

It's no "We are the World", but...

I remember being in the theater when the anti-piracy ads would play, and everyone would just laugh and laugh.

Is the commercial still being played? Seems I heard it every time I turned around there for a week or so, now not so much.

Maybe they should add a clip of this guy to it -

It's a good laugh for gringos that understand Spanish. I think however, that if it is the Peruvian government's attempt to civally "educate" their citizens, then they need to take hints from China's 2008 Summer Olympics civil education campaign.
