Sin preparar, or "unprepared" flour would be considered all purpose flour. Prepared flour, or harina preparada, is the same as self rising flour, which has baking powder included. Whenever a recipe calls for all purpose go with flour sin preparar

This sounds great - I want to try it. Are all these ingredients available locally - including the chocolate chips? I don't seem to see them in the stores. And the sabor de lucuma thing?

Hi
I made these cookies and they were very good. I could not find chips so I used two Hershy bars instead works great. Every other item I bought in Wong.

I've bought chocolate chips before in Plaza Vea, but it has been quite a while, and I think near Christmas. I almost remember them being mini chocolate chips - but I might be confusing them with the mini-marshmallows!
