Huanuco - ride needed

Postby woodchuck » Wed Jul 01, 2020 10:03 am

I apologize if this is under the wrong category.
I am looking to purchase a one-way ride to Huanuco for business purposes.
I will pay for all expenses plus up to 2 meals on this trip.
This would be perfect for someone who is already going to the Huanaco area.
The time frame is July 15 or close to this date.
I live in Huaral.
Thanks & stay safe.

Be advised that the quarantine continues in Huancaco and there are checkpoints heading into the area.

Would it be wise to have a COVID-19 test done prior to traveling to avoid delays?
What is the nationwide status of the quarantine?
Is the airport open yet?
Thanks for your help & stay safe.

Good question regarding the test. I suppose it can't hurt. I´ve hear cases of folks in provincias suspecting foreigners of having a higher than possible chance of carrrying the virus. That may have changed tough.

The regions of Arequipa, Ica, Junin, Huanuco, San Martin, Madre de Dios, and Ancash will still remain under mandatory social isolation.

Here is a good article: https://bit.ly/2NLGVRo

Travel in/out of the lockdown states without a special permission is not permitted. If you do not have an urgent reason to go to Huanuco than I suggest you postpone until the lockdown has been lifted.
