I am following your recommendation about being more accurate so I decide to study you link and obtained this values from 1º January 2017 to 31º December 2017 :
33,43 , 45,15 , 16,69 , 11,65 , 23,64 , 42,59 , 2,26 , 23,75 , 32,46 , 10,28 , 22,64 , 7,29 = The average for that period of time is 22.65 % what is the same value as in the first video
If, as you say Peru is third, what is the significance? You must admit those figures are rather hit and miss placed on a graph they look like a roller coaster, up and down, up 27% one month up only 2% the next month. Peru shows no consistency as China, Korea or Japan do.
One year of figures is not a trend. Means nothing to the lug on the street. 2016 was a total disaster, so 2017 has no where to go but up. One must look at the bigger picture before celebrating.
Come back in a couple of years and and present your figures, or some youtube blurb, hopefully it is a trend.
Then again, the USA has a new sheriff in town who is on a mission to boost exports. Probably blow everyone out of the water.
